Abstract

La interrogante con que se titula este trabajo, formulada con todo propósito para invitar a la reflexión sobre este entresijo, parte del criterio del Autor de que uno de los temas menos explorados en el derecho constitucional ha sido y así se mantiene hoy, el relativo a la protección de los derechos de la familia, aunque sea ésta una institución que constituye la columna vertebral de toda sociedad y que constitucionalmente se encuentra tutelada de diversas maneras.
