Abstract

Dentro de los casos de avería particular en materia de buque, tenemos que particularizar el abordaje por constituir uno de los riesgos principales de la navegación, así como por su reiteración en la actual etapa, con motivos del incremento en el tráfico marítimo y las propias características de los buques, dada la gran velocidad que alcanzan .
