Algunas Consideraciones Sobre Guarda Y Cuidado

Abstract

Desde comienzos del segundo tercio del pasado siglo, la mayor parte de los ordenamientos jurídicos se ocuparon de reformar el derecho de familia. Las nuevas concepciones sociales sobre la familia estaban fuertemente inspiradas en el principio de igualdad acogido por la Organización de Naciones unidas. La igualdad de los cónyuges y las relaciones de igualdad de los progenitores respecto a los hijos encontró un respaldo jurídico para fundamentar las reformas del derecho de familia en la igualdad de todos sus miembros.
