Abstract

El presente artículo aborda los medios y sistemas construidos, en los últimos veinte años para la protección y asistencia social de las víctimas de delitos en España, señalando, en primer lugar, la conceptuación de la víctima como sujeto social de atención especializada, y en segundo lugar, la legislación y los medios implementados desde la Política Social para este colectivo, y en tercer lugar, los ámbitos prioritarios de actuación.
