Carácter Ético Del Proyecto De Desarrollo Científico-Técnico Cubano

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se realiza una breve caracterización del fenómeno de la RCT, significando su carácter contradictorio y la necesidad imperiosa de que los países que conforman el planeta conciban proyectos de desarrollo científico sustentados en la ética que debe caracterizar a la ciencia; desde esta perspectiva se abordan algunos elementos que demuestran el carácter ético del proyecto de desarrollo científico-técnico cubano, a partir del análisis de sus antecedentes, manifestaciones concretas que expresan la esencia del comportamiento ético del mencionado proyecto: finalmente se revela el papel que juega la educación como institución social para contribuir a la adecuada formación ética de los futuros científicos y tecnólogos de la sociedad cubana.
