Abstract

El presente trabajo parte de una investigación de tesis de maestría. Presenta aspectos teóricos y metodológicos elementales sobre el desarrollo cultural. Presenta un análisis crítico al concepto de desarrollo cultural integrado al concepto de cultura. Cultura engloba a rasgos que tienen relaciones con el desarrollo cultural ya que el mismo incrementa la participación de la población en la vida cultural y promueve la creatividad de todos los ciudadanos, además de considerar el concepto amplio de la cultura. El desarrollo tiene como fin satisfacer las necesidades reales del pueblo en cuestión. Por tanto considera la investigadora que las relaciones de estas categorías son muy significativas para todo lo que el hombre conoce y hace mediante su trayectoria en la historia esto se aprecia a medida en que se va desarrollando.
