Sistema De Acciones Para Favorecer La Competencia Comunicativa De Los Entrenadores Deportivos En La Comunidad De Punta Gorda Cienfuegos Cuba

Abstract

En el trabajo se aborda un sistema de acciones para favorecer la competencia comunicativa de los entrenadores deportivos que ejercen en la periferia de la UCP “Conrado Benítez García”. Surge a partir de la determinación de las necesidades del desarrollo de habilidades comunicativas de los entrenadores deportivos, a los que se les aplicaron diferentes métodos y técnicas de investigación vinculadas con la cultura física. La investigación persiguió como objetivo general la elaboración de un sistema de acciones sustentado en las características de la muestra y ejecutado a través del trabajo extensionista para favorecer la competencia comunicativa de estos entrenadores. Se pudo comprobar que se necesita proporcionar cambios en el sentir, pensar y actuar de los sujetos; de manera que demuestren en su accionar una competencia comunicativa en los entrenamientos, fuera de estos y en la propia búsqueda de soluciones a sus nuevas problemáticas.
