Las Misiones De Paz De La Onu Y La Osce En El Conflicto De Tayikistán

Abstract

Las Operaciones de Mantenimiento de la Paz no son un monopolio exclusivo de la ONU, ya que bajo los principios de consentimiento, imparicialidad, y uso legítimo de la fuerza, otras organizaciones como la OSCE pueden desplegar sus misiones. La Guerra Civil de Tayikistán –la más pobre de todas las ex Repúblicas Socialistas Soviéticas- requirió de la coordinación de las misiones de la ONU y la OSCE. Cumpliendo con los tres principios básicos de las Operaciones de Mantenimiento de la Paz, ambas misiones se enfrentaron con relativo éxito al complejo caso tayiko. Se trata de un escenario con múltiples actores e intereses en esta región de creciente interés geopolítico.
