Abstract

Nuestro Estado ha concebido una especial importancia a la atención del adulto mayor en las comunidades, específicamente el INDER lleva acabo un programa dentro de la Cultura Física que tiene como objetivos: alcanzar un mayor nivel de autonomía física que contrarresten las acciones del proceso de envejecimiento, que contribuyen a conformar un patrón de incapacidad alrededor de la figura del anciano, .mejorar el nivel de adaptación a nuevas situaciones a través de trabajos variados que provoquen respuestas motrices, fomentar el mejoramiento de la salud, aumentando así su calidad de vida.
