El Control Constitucional. Caso Cuba

Abstract

En el este trabajo se persigue, despertar el sentimiento constitucional que subyace en cada cubano, y más aún en cada operador del derecho, desde abordajes teóricos empezando por este último término, hasta el uso que se le da a la Constitución y el poruqé se dice por el utor que su estudio es un asunto de academia. Este es uno de los temas más polémicos, en la vida jurídica del país; y por tanto no excento de contradicciones y criterios divergentes; las soluciones inmediatas no estás aquí, aunque si algunas ideas al respecto. La defensa de la Constitución Cubana pasa por el perfeccionamiento de sus mecanismos. Y estos a todas luces son perfeccionables.
