Abstract

Dedicamos este artículo a la intervención de los terceros y rebeldes en el proceso civil cubano, con el propósito de exponer las amplias garantías que poseen estas figuras y que a pesar de su regulación en nuestra ley de trámites civiles, en ocasiones es para muchos un tema no muy conocido, lo que no se justifica sobre todo en los operadores del derecho, encargados de impartir justicia, fundamentalmente por la necesidad de lograr la más amplia equidad en los procesos que se ventilan en nuestros tribunales civiles, pues de nada sirve que tengamos los instrumentos jurídicos que respalden y garanticen la intervención de los terceros y rebeldes en los distintos procesos, si quienes deben aplicarlos los desconocen o no tienen dominio de su forma de aplicación.
