Políticas Públicas De Prevención De Delito

Abstract

En el Perú y en la mayor parte de países de América Latina, cada día se sufre el incremento de delitos y graves crímenes; la comisión de asesinatos, asaltos, robos, tráfico ilícito de drogas, van en aumento. Las razones son la forma ineficiente de organización social, los anti valores que prevalecen y la falta de éxito en la prevención del delito. En realidad no existen políticas públicas de prevención al delito sostenidas en el tiempo, como en Finlanda, Noruega y Suecia. Tampoco existen programas de educación ciudadana exitosa y promoción a los deberes y derechos humanos a gran escala; asimismo no se cumple el principio de coordinación interinstitucional entre todas las entidades públicas y privadas, para lograr la de meta eliminar o reducir los delitos y crímenes, asumiendo el reto que cada ciudadano, funcionario o autoridad, sea promotor y defensor de los deberes y derechos humanos.
