Aproximaciones A La Ópera Y La Zarzuela Españolas Como Espacios De “‘Socialidad Política”

Abstract

En un trabajo estimulante del historiador Françoise Guerra acerca de la socialidad o sociabilidad política revolucionaria en el Buenos Aires de 1810, es propuesta la hipótesis de que los cafés de la época, ante la ausencia de estructuras partidarias con programas generales, son lugares en los que encuentra sitio la polémica de los ejes más avanzados de la Ilustración. Para el historiador comentado (que no obstante lo anterior, nos resulta criticable por numerosos motivos), esos espacios son el índice de una forma de articular la política, que se diferencia de los que dispone la sociedad de “antiguo régimen” y de las que serán propios de los colectivos del siglo XX .
