Abstract

En este artículo se hace un análisis sobre la vigencia en la práctica de lo estipulado en el Decreto Ley 76 de fecha 20 de enero de 1984 ”De la adopción, los Hogares de Menores y las familias sustitutas”, en lo relativo a la protección de los menores sin amparo filial en los Hogares de Menores y en los círculos infantiles mixtos previstos legislativamente y en consecuencia, determinar aquellos aspectos que puedan ser susceptibles de perfeccionar o que se cumplimenten no solo desde el punto de vista legislativo, sino también del práctico.
