¿Constituye La Ordenacion Del Territorio Un Mero Mecanismo De Control Autonómico Del Urbanismo?

Abstract

Una simple aproximación al concepto de ordenación del territorio nos permite comprobar lo necesario que resulta encajar el concepto entre las demás competencias y políticas sectoriales y la dificultad intrínseca que tal pretensión encuentra. La Carta Europea de Ordenación del Territorio de 20 de mayo de 1983 la define como la expresión espacial de la política económica, social, cultural y ecológica de toda la sociedad.
