Abstract

La formación del capital profesional como proceso social está llamado vencer los objetivos que el encargo social exige para resolver las necesidades que tiene la sociedad, en tanto, la misma prepara al hombre para su inserción en un contexto social ya que le aporta la cultura y la experiencia, el modo de adquirir los conocimientos, habilidades, valores, modos de actuación de la profesión para el correcto desempeño en su vida laboral, la que se encuentra en el centro de las relaciones sociales. También lo prepara para su vida como ciudadano que contribuirá al desarrollo sostenible de la sociedad y será capaz de liderar a la clase social que representa en todas las esferas de la vida. Entre la sociedad y el proceso de formación se establecen relaciones estrechas que deben tenerse en cuenta en todo proceso formativo como parte de la educación y la necesidad de la orientación desde los recursos humanos.
