Abstract

Después de la Segunda Guerra Civil la mayoría de los países occidentales sufrieron una grave crisis que pudo ser parcialmente solucionada gracias a la ayuda financiera americana, el llamando “Plan Marshall”. A los demás países que pertenecían al bloque Este también se les permitió participar, pero la Unión Soviética rechazó el plan denunciando que dividiría al continente europeo.
