Abstract

Este artículo busca analizar la cultura de masa como un instrumento de manipulación y dominación. Desde el sigo XVIIII con el adviento del cine y otros medios de comunicación, ha sido establecido una alianza invisible entre el sistema de dominación y la cultura de masa. El cine fue el primer vehículo de comunicación de masa a presentar una gran especificidad, reunió sonido e imagen, objetivando un lenguaje y estética universal. La masa entra en contacto con el mundo de la imagen construida, una realidad delimitada, que es determinada para el consumo
