Dos inúmeros problemas enfrentados pela sociedade brasileira atualmente, no campo jurídico-social, reclama-se pela observância aos princípios constitucionais, em especial o da igualdade, como forma de efetivação dos Direitos Humanos a tornar mais harmonioso o convívio social diante de (mal) ditos problemas.
