Abstract

La evaluación del desempeño es parte importante de cualquier Hospital y no esta exenta de problemas en modo alguno. Como la Evaluación del Desempeño de las personas están estrechamente vinculadas con el status, con los sistemas de recompensa de una organización y con el concepto de si mismo que tiene el individuo, constituye el centro de atención de muchos estudios sobre Gestión de Recursos Humanos.
