Una Visión Del Gobierno Electrónico Bajo La Perspectiva Del Nuevo Paradigma Organizativo

Abstract

El gobierno electrónico constituye una nueva manera de mirar la relación entre tecnologías de información, gestión pública y acción política en un periodo histórico donde el cambio paradigmático atraviesa transversalmente todas las dimensiones del sistema mundial, y las tecnologías de la información facilitan el proceso a partir de la creación de vínculos entre aquellos que poseen la información y quienes la requieren. Por lo tanto, se analizará la modalidad que adopta dicho proceso en las organizaciones estatales, donde se producirán nuevas formas de interacción social y cambios en las relaciones entre la organización y la sociedad local, como receptora de los beneficios de la interfaz.
