El Feminismo Y El Elemento Femenino En El Pensamiento Del Jurista Ángel Ossorio Y Gallardo (1873-1946)

Abstract

La presencia del elemento femenino en el pensamiento de Ángel Ossorio y Gallardo y la vinculación del personaje al mundo de las féminas es algo que no nos ha pasado desapercibido desde que, hace ya tiempo, iniciamos nuestra incursión en la documentación del jurista. Sin embargo, nunca nos hemos detenido en el tema por quedar al margen del núcleo argumental de nuestros anteriores trabajos . Sí lo ha hecho, recientemente, Manuel J. Peláez (centrándose en la instrucción de la mujer y en el divorcio y en la opinión coincidente de Ossorio con Niceto Alcalá-Zamora y Torres), a través de la relación epistolar de nuestro personaje con mujeres, recogiendo un total de treinta y dos cartas . Nosotros intentaremos cerrar el tema reproduciendo las misivas que quedaron fuera del trabajo de Peláez, tratando así de responder a las expectativas que nos marcó en el mismo.
