Abstract

La conducta típica consiste en ejecutar actos de cultivo, elaboración o tráfico o de otro modo promover, favorecer o facilitar el consumo ilegal de drogas o poseerlas con aquellos fines. a) Cultivo, elaboración o tráfico.- Los actos de cultivo, elaboración o tráfico de drogas no plantean especiales problemas. Quizás únicamente, por un lado, lo relativo al cultivo cada vez más frecuente de plantas de marihuana y sobre la tipicidad o no de la posesión de las semillas y útiles para la siembra y, por otro, sobre los actos de tráfico y qué conceptos se incluyen en el mismo.
