Abstract

Es de suma importancia la introducción del tema de la educación sexual con mayor ahínco en esta etapa de la vida de la adolescencia comprendida entre los 10 y 20 años donde se pone de manifiesto la curiosidad por conocer sobre su sexualidad teniendo en cuenta los conocimientos insuficientes o erróneos .La falta de orientación sexual los conducen a conflictos de gran tensión y frustración que ocasionan un número considerable de madres jóvenes, matrimonios adolescentes, embarazos precoces, abortos, infecciones de transmisión sexual trastornos anatomofisiológicos y psíquicos que interfieren indirectamente en el adecuado ajuste y desarrollo del individuo.
