Uso de la bicicleta y el desarrollo neuronal

Abstract

Hace 200 años, el alemán Karl Drais construyó la primera bicicleta, tras su elaboración y uso a manera de prueba para mejorarla, descubrió múltiples beneficios tanto para su cerebro como para su cuerpo, Karl tras hacer recorridos diarios de 30 minutos noto como su rendimiento cognitivo y su memoria a corto plazo mejoraba notablemente. Es clara la relación que existe entre el uso de la bicicleta y los beneficios médicos que esta proporciona, sobretodo en el desarrollo neuronal. Este desarrollo se inicia en los primeros años de vida de la persona a través de juegos lúdicos y la estimulación de la imaginación, cuando este no se da de manera adecuada en los primeros años de vida es necesario optar por otras recursos siendo el más usado la bicicleta.
