Fortalecimiento de valores en los estudiantes de la enseñanza técnica profesional

Abstract

La investigación aborda el proceso de formación en valores, en la enseñanza Técnico Profesional, donde los docentes juegan un papel fundamental en la formación y fortalecimiento de los valores. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue reflexionar sobre el proceso de formación en valores en los estudiantes de la Enseñanza Técnico Profesional en el municipio Guisa. El presente artículo trata de una caracterización del proceso de formación en valores y se hace una reseña de los referentes teóricos desde el punto de vista filosófico, axiológico, psicológico y pedagógico en el proceso de formación en valores, así como algunas sugerencias para su investigación a partir de conocer conceptos dados por diferentes autores. Este trabajo demostró un impacto positivo dentro de su formación, lo que fortalece el trabajo encaminado hacia estos futuros obreros calificados para que alcancen un nivel superior en su cultura general integral.
