Las dos caras del idioma inglés

Abstract

La clase de idioma inglés está dirigida a la adquisición de habilidades lingüísticas para entender, hablar, leer y escribir con un adecuado nivel de competencia; además contribuir a la formación de valores éticos, estéticos y morales según la ideología, principios y convicciones de la sociedad cubana. La motivación es importante para lograr los objetivos instructivos y educativos antes mencionados. El objetivo de este trabajo fue desarrollar un complemento de ejercicios de audición y gramática para la asignatura que estimule la reflexión de los estudiantes con la importancia de la mismo como medio de comunicación para promover la paz mundial a partir del mensaje anti guerrerista de canciones en este idioma. Se utilizaron temas musicales y citas del cantautor británico John Winston Lennon de reconocido activismo político en favor de la paz y el entendimiento entre los pueblos aspectos expresados en muchas de sus composiciones musicales, soporte ideológico de este trabajo.
