Abstract

El país demanda la formación de nuevos líderes competentes para enfrentar día a día los desafíos del mundo globalizado. Es fundamental situar no sólo la sensatez científica, sino además instrumentos que registren a las localidades ajustar ambientes éticos de cara a la ciencia, la política y, que desafíen sus responsabilidades tomando como referentes los valores.
