Conocimiento científico sobre las habilidades profesionales pedagógicas en la preparación del docente en formación inicial

Abstract

Este artículo ofrece una sistematización teórica sobre el conocimiento científico de las habilidades profesionales como elemento esencial en la dinámica de la formación inicial del profesional del docente. La formación y desarrollo de habilidades profesionales pedagógicas, como parte del conocimiento científico del docente para su desempeño, necesita en los momentos actuales sistematizarse, sobre la base de la teoría del conocimiento Leninista cuya expresión se concreta en el despliegue del accionar pedagógico desde el contenido de las ciencias pedagógicas.
