Estrategia de gestión universitaria del proceso de pregrado en la carrera biología

Abstract

En el trabajo se realiza una propuesta a partir del estudio sobre la gestión de los procesos de pertinencia e impacto en facultades de la Universidad de Granma, principalmente en la Sede “Blas Roca Calderío†, donde se propone la estructura y estrategia de gestión para el departamento de Biología-Geografía de la facultad Educación Media, en la que se establecen las relaciones entre los procesos y las instancias de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación Biología, entre el proceso de pregrado y el conocimiento existente sobre la carrera. Resulta importante la atención a las implicaciones pedagógicas de los conocimientos sobre la gestión de estos procesos. Al respecto es un imperativo la actualización en estos conocimientos, objetivo del presente trabajo, y conocer en qué medida ellos pueden ser utilizados directamente en la práctica, para propiciar el análisis del fenómeno pedagógico en toda su magnitud y profundidad y así buscar las alternativas que permitan ser más eficientes en la actividad pedagógica.
