La memoria histórica de la escuela normal para maestros de Guanajay

Abstract

El trabajo aborda la importancia que tiene la memoria histórica de la Escuela Normal para Maestros de Guanajay durante los años 1954-1959. Se considera necesario el desarrollo de este tema ya que constituye una carencia para la historia de la pedagogía cubana, y particularmente para los numerosos maestros y profesores que día a día contribuyen al desarrollo educacional y cultural de este territorio y una deuda con los que en otro momento de su historia lo hicieron. El tratamiento de esta problemática requiere, ante todo la búsqueda de elementos teóricos relacionados con la ciencia histórica y la memoria histórica que influyen en el desarrollo e impacto de la sociedad; teniendo en cuenta la influencia que reviste el conocimiento de la Escuela Normal para Maestros de Guanajay, como componente del legado a la Historia de la Educación Cubana.
