La prevención educativa como una competencia de dirección en educación. Un acercamiento a sus niveles de desarrollo

Abstract

La prevención educativa responde a la línea de investigación Competencias Sistémica del proyecto de investigación Competencias de dirección en educación, que se desarrolla en la Universidad de Las Tunas. Aborda la operacionalización de los niveles de desarrollo de la prevención educativa a partir de subindicadores y su incidencia en la labor de dirección del directivo, el cual debe exhibir un alto nivel de eficiencia en su rol profesional. A partir del diagnóstico realizado a directivos se constataron insuficiencias, que condujeron a realizar una primera aproximación teórica acerca de la incidencia de esta en la preparación de un profesional competente. Se proponen algunos indicadores, subindicadores y niveles de desarrollo para la prevención educativa, lo que posibilitará solucionar problemas detectados en la práctica dentro del contexto docente-educativo. Se utilizaron métodos como: análisis síntesis, inducción deducción, histórico lógico, estudio de documentos, encuesta.
