En torno a la reforma educativa. Apuntes para su debate

Abstract

El presente ensayo pretende mostrar el proceso de reforma educativa mexicano a partir de los sexenios de Carlos Salinas de Gortari y de Ernesto Zedillo Ponce de León, cuando México entra al proceso de liberalización económica mediante la firma del Tratado de Libre Comercio con Estados Unidos y Canadá, posterior a ello, el documento muestra los efectos de los cambios educativos que sucedieron en el curso de los dos procesos de alternancia electoral a partir del año 2000, cuando Vicente Fox Quesada y Felipe Calderón Hinojosa ambos emanados del Partido Acción Nacional (PAN) emprendieron transiciones educativas, finalmente en el ensayo se comenta la reforma educativa iniciada en el año 2012 cuando el Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI) retorna al poder presidencial bajo la figura de Enrique Peña Nieto y pone en marcha la evaluación docente, consolida el Instituto Nacional para la Evaluación de la Educación (INEE) como organismo público autónomo, con personalidad jurídica y patrimonio propio e implementa el Servicio Profesional Docente (SPD).
