En las universidades la motivación profesional

Abstract

Se señala que una correcta orientación profesional constituye una necesidad para garantizar la competencia profesional de los futuros trabajadores al insertarse en la sociedad en que viven. Se hace una valoración de cómo se está llevando a cabo ese proceso de orientación profesional hacia las carreras universitarias en los preuniversitarios cubanos, centrado en la escuela y en la labor del secretario docente. El análisis es resultado de la experiencia del autor en la actividad y en las investigaciones realizadas para optar por el título académico de Máster en Investigación Educativa.
