Abstract

La necesidad de mejorar el trabajo metodológico que se realiza en la Filial Universitaria Municipal Dora Alonso de Perico, constituye la problemática fundamental analizada. A partir de la determinación de necesidades metodológicas de los profesores se procede a la estructuración de un sistema de acciones metodológicas destinadas a mejorar el desempeño de los profesores en la dirección del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la clase encuentro.
