Abstract

El presente trabajo significa una referencia para los estudiantes del tercer año de la Carrera Cultura Física para la asignatura teoría y Metodología de la Educación Física y para los estudiantes del técnico medios de dicha carrera, en la planificación de la clase de Educación Física a partir de su fundamentación teórica y el gráfico de distribución de los contenidos. En el trabajo se han tenido en cuenta los métodos teórico análisis y síntesis, histórico lógicos e inductivo deductivo además los empírico la observación, encuesta y entrevista.
