Actividad física preescolar: juegos para la familiarización con el idioma inglés

Abstract

Las etapas tempranas de vida, específicamente la preescolar, son tierra fresca para la adquisición y desarrollo de habilidades motrices básicas, habilidades para el aprendizaje de un idioma extranjero, y para determinados deportes. El objetivo de este estudio es proponer juegos para la educación física preescolar vinculados al aprendizaje del idioma inglés que contribuyan al tratamiento de la lengua en estas edades al tiempo que se trabaja con las habilidades motrices básicas: correr, saltar, lanzar y atrapar. Las autoras proponen un total de seis juegos en su investigación, esperando alcanzar resultados positivos en el proceso de adquisición y perfección de estas habilidades a la vez que se sientan las bases para el futuro trabajo con los niños de la edad preescolar en el aprendizaje de la lengua inglesa. Esta propuesta pudiera perfeccionarse posteriormente alcanzando otros niveles de enseñanza, y relacionando el idioma foráneo a las capacidades físicas.
