Competencias para una comunicación eficaz. Una mirada desde las competencias de dirección en educación

Abstract

En el artículo se parte de considerar la importancia de las competencias para el desarrollo individual y social del ser humano en todos sus contextos de actuación, y de su redimensionamiento en el contexto educativo. Tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre las competencias para una comunicación eficaz. Se utilizaron métodos como: análisis síntesis, inducción deducción, histórico lógico, estudio de documentos. Los resultados que se exponen forman parte de la tarea de sistematización teórica, de la línea de investigación Competencias interpersonales, perteneciente al Proyecto de Investigación Competencias de Dirección en Educación (PICDE), que se desarrolla en la Universidad de Las Tunas, Cuba.
