La apropiación de los contenidos ambientales con enfoque profesional en la carrera licenciatura en derecho del MININT en Ciego de à vila

Abstract

La investigación que se presenta propone un sistema de tareas docentes para contribuir a la apropiación de los contenidos ambientales en los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Derecho, especialidad Investigador Criminalista del Centro de Educación Superior del MININT, de la provincia Ciego de à vila. Se sistematizan los fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos que sustentan la educación ambiental. El diagnóstico arrojó dificultades relacionadas con el limitado conocimiento de los estudiantes en relación a la educación ambiental, así como del insuficiente aprovechamiento de las potencialidades de la asignatura Derecho Ambiental de la carrera para lograr una apropiación activa del contenido ambiental. El sistema de tareas docentes diseñado, parte del objetivo de cada unidad de estudio de esta asignatura y su concreción a los problemas profesionales del investigador criminalista. La propuesta fue aplicada con efectividad en los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Derecho del MINIT, especialidad Investigador Criminalista en Ciego de à vila.
