La educación jurídica, un problema de la ciencia, la tecnología y la sociedad

Abstract

En este material se expresa la relación que existe entre la ciencia la tecnología y la educación jurídica como procesos sociales que intervienen en la formación de ciudadanos democráticos y participativos para estar en correspondencia con los pilares básicos de la educación del siglo XXI. En una primera parte se realiza un análisis epistémico sobre el origen y evolución histórica de la ciencia y la tecnología. Luego se realiza se abordan los principales fundamentos teóricos de la educación jurídica en el campo de la pedagogía. En la investigación se asume la concepción materialista de la historia, como método general el materialismo dialéctico y específico histórico-lógico, inducción-deducción y análisis-síntesis entre otros métodos teóricos.
