Actividades para el desarrollo de la comunicación asertiva en maestros primarios de la escuela pedagógica

Abstract

En la investigación se realiza el análisis crítico acerca del estado del conocimiento de los maestros primarios de la Escuela Pedagógica Rita Longa respecto a la comunicación, enfatizándose en la asertiva, detectándose dificultades que limitan el desarrollo de misma. Para comprender la magnitud del problema y cómo solucionarlo, se tratan algunos de los antecedentes y fundamentos teóricos generales que la sustentan, lográndose aproximación a las categorías comunicación, actividad y educación posibilitándose la comprensión de la magnitud de la comunicación asertiva. Desde esta base de conocimientos, de determinan los indicadores para el desarrollo de este tipo de comunicación y se proponen actividades para desarrollarla. Finalmente, se describen los resultados de la experiencia en la Escuela Pedagógica Rita Longa de Las Tunas y la reflexión crítica, a partir de la interpretación de los datos que aportaron los métodos y técnicas empleadas.
