Preparación docente, para el tratamiento al aprendizaje de educandos con manifestaciones de hiperactividad

Abstract

Los docentes del nivel educativo primario en el ejercicio de su profesión suelen enfrentarse a retos de diversa índole que requieren de una preparación pertinente para dar respuesta a las necesidades de los educandos. En la Cuba de hoy existe un aumento de los niveles de exigencia en cuanto a la preparación y consagración al estudio por parte de los docentes, estimulando así la independencia del pensamiento pedagógico creativo. En ese sentido el presente trabajo aborda aspectos y concepciones teóricas sobre la preparación docente y las particularidades del aprendizaje en educandos con manifestaciones de hiperactividad debido a la necesidad de contar con elementos teóricos que constituyan la base para comprender mejor el tema y así favorecer la práctica pedagógica.
