La brecha digital en educación media superior en escuelas rurales, Mexico 2018

Abstract

El presente artículo es un análisis de la brecha digital existente en la Educación Media Superior de México, se describen los factores que han influido para generar tales diferencias en el sector educativo de dicho nivel, de la misma forma se estudian las políticas educativas que han implementado las autoridades, las desviaciones que han tenido las mismas y que han llevado a los estudiantes a carecer de competencias Tecnológicas. Se mencionan las desventajas que tienen las escuelas rurales de preparatoria con respecto a las instituciones urbanas, además se relatan algunas medidas que se pudieran implementar para reducir la brecha digital.
