El trabajo metodológico y la escritura científica en el desarrollo de la carrera docente

Abstract

El desarrollo profesional y la evaluación del desempeño son dos aspectos vinculados a la carrera docente y a la mejora de la calidad de la enseñanza. A partir de la formación inicial de tercer nivel, el desarrollo profesional como docente se logra a través del trabajo metodológico, el posgrado académico y la participación en actividades de investigación y se evalúa en diferentes ejercicios de categorización docente. Por ello, el objetivo del trabajo es brindar un conjunto de buenas prácticas, apoyadas en ejemplos concretos, que ayuden a los docentes en el logro de las competencias necesarias en estos dos aspectos de su carrera profesional. En el trabajo se presentan los elementos conceptuales básicos relacionados con las clases metodológicas demostrativas e instructivas y se muestra un ejemplo de estas últimas en el tema “toma de decisiones†. Además, se dan los elementos básicos de estructura y contenido de los artículos científicos.
