Deontología aplicado a los docentes de la educación

Abstract

Cada vez es más necesario que en la formación inicial del maestro reciba educación en valores, porque éstos suponen la base de la deontología profesional. Implica formación de una ética que incluye derechos y deberes, comunes a todos los maestros. Sólo así realizamos la formación integral en la doble finalidad: social y personal. Cultivando determinados valores podremos conseguir el grado máximo de humanidad en cada futuro maestro. Este cultivo de valores se lleva a cabo, fundamentalmente, a través de las vivencias. Es necesario tener en consideración tres elementos: selección, apreciación y actuación. Además, no hay que descuidar el clima de clase, dando cabida al diálogo y al trabajo en grupo. Las técnicas más adecuadas son las de participación activa, cooperación, comunicación persuasiva y juego de rol, a través del cual se desarrolla la perspectiva social y se potencia la empatía, la comprensión y la tolerancia.
