De la educación ambiental a la prevención de desastres en la formación del docente

Abstract

La experiencia está destinada al análisis de la necesidad de usar los aprendizajes en la Educación Ambiental para contribuir en la formación del docente para actuar en la prevención de desastres, ante los desafíos del siglo XXI. Se aplicó un grupo de acciones, en el Centro Universitario Municipal (CUM) de Guisa, a través de los planes de estudio de las asignaturas y otras variantes de superación. En su desarrollo, se trabajó con preguntas y tareas científicas con la aplicación de métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos matemáticos descriptivos. El trabajo introduce acciones en el pregrado, extensionismo e investigativo. Los elementos abordados tienen gran actualidad dada la vigencia en las estrategias curriculares y por ofrecer una exhaustiva revisión, para las consultas futuras. Su novedad radica en el incremento de los indicadores de superación de los docentes, con ahorro de recursos materiales y financieros, demostrando el valor económico, social y medioambiental que posee.
