La habilidad escuchar en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la lengua inglesa

Abstract

La formación y desarrollo de la habilidad escuchar en la enseñanza de la lengua inglesa es un proceso complejo, sin embargo, es también la habilidad a la que menos tiempo se le dedica, las actividades que aparecen en los libros de texto son cortas e insuficientes y generalmente lejos de ir dirigidas a la enseñanza de la habilidad, se proponen desarrollar otras habilidades o evaluar lo que los estudiantes son capaces de escuchar. En los exámenes realizados según el Marco Común de Referencia para las Lenguas Extranjeras, se evidenció que la mayoría de los estudiantes solo alcanzaron las bandas 1 y 2. Por ello el objetivo de este trabajo es reflexionar acerca de la enseñanza de la habilidad escuchar en lengua inglesa, además se presenta la estructura interna de la habilidad con sus acciones y operaciones y se ofrecen ejemplos de actividades dirigidas a su formación y desarrollo.
