Dilemas de la implementación de la reforma educativa a nivel primaria

Abstract

El presente, es un análisis y critica de la puesta en práctica de la reforma educativa, la forma en la que afecta a los docentes en su labor. Además, como es el sentir del profesor ante esta nueva era, en la que ha sido desvalorado; también se habla de las concepciones del servicio profesional docente, la manera de proceder, las quejas docentes ante esta. Los resultados de la evaluación, como influye en la moral docente, los retos que enfrentan en ese momento, los descuidos en la práctica, para atender la ya mencionada evaluación. También, que apoyo reciben por parte de los sindicatos, para acompañar su proceso evaluativo.
