El educador del siglo XXI en México: frente al uso de las nuevas tecnologías en el aula

Abstract

La tecnología gana terreno en la sociedad a pasos agigantados, y la escuela debe ser el lugar donde los alumnos desarrollen habilidades y competencias para el manejo de las TIC con fines educativos; además de otros usos que faciliten el trabajo y los mantenga a la vanguardia. Para ello, debemos contar con docentes preparados, que sean conscientes de que se tienen que actualizar en el campo tecnológico, para que puedan ser guías de sus alumnos, atendiendo a las necesidades que existen en la sociedad. Los maestros deben diseñar, implementar y analizar prácticas educativas que incluyan el buen uso de las TIC, a pesar de las adversidades a las que se puedan enfrentar.
