Formación de habilidades psicopedagógicas especiales en los profesores de la escuela de conducta

Abstract

En la ponencia se aborda el problema de las insuficiencias en la formación y desarrollo de habilidades psicopedagógicas especiales en el profesor de Secundaria Básica, que limitan su desempeño en la escuela para escolares con trastornos de la conducta. El objetivo es: la elaboración de unos procedimientos metodológicos para la formación de dichas habilidades desde el proceso de superación profesional. En la implementación de los procedimientos se involucraron a especialistas e investigadores de la Educación Especial, como colaboradores de la superación profesional para en estrecho vínculo con el trabajo metodológico, organizar la el proceso de formación de habilidades psicopedagógicas especiales, en las condiciones habituales en las que transcurre la actividad pedagógica profesional de este profesor, con la finalidad de alcanzar la profesionalización psicopedagógica especial para dirigir el proceso educativo, correctivo-compensatorio.
